Return & Refund Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

For any damaged, defective, missing, or wrong item claims, customers must report the issue within 2 days of delivery along with clear evidence, including:

  • An uninterrupted unpacking/unboxing video
  • Clear pictures of the product and packaging

Claims without proper unpacking video evidence may not be eligible for return, refund, or replacement approval.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and contact us within 2 days if the item is defective, damaged, missing, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

A proper unpacking video recorded from the start of opening the package without cuts or edits is mandatory for damage, missing item, or wrong product claims.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Personal care and beauty products
  • Used or opened items
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Perishable goods
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on sale items, clearance products, or gift cards.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only applicable for defective, damaged, or wrongly delivered items, subject to verification through the required unpacking video and images.

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the eligible item and place a separate order for the new product once your return is approved.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund is approved or not.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and reflect the refund.
