Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
During high order volume periods, sales, or festive seasons, processing and shipping may take slightly longer than usual.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.
We may offer free shipping on selected products, promotions, or minimum order values from time to time.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID and shipping confirmation through email, SMS, or WhatsApp (if provided).
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.
Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:

Delayed or Lost Shipments
While we work with trusted courier partners, unexpected delays may occasionally occur due to logistics issues, weather conditions, strikes, or other external factors.
If your order appears significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist you in coordinating with the courier partner.
Non-Serviceable Areas
Some remote or restricted locations may not be serviceable by our courier partners. In such cases, orders may be canceled and refunded automatically.
